Online Sessions
Coaching takes place online, so you can join from wherever you feel most at ease — your own quiet space, in your own time.
A supportive and reflective process that helps you develop greater awareness, self-understanding, and emotional balance.
Mindfulness coaching is a gentle, collaborative process. It offers a steady space to slow down, notice what is happening within you, and meet your own experience with a little more clarity and care.
It is not therapy, and it does not set out to diagnose or treat. It is not mentoring, and it is not about being given advice or instructions. There is no expert handing down answers from the outside. Instead, coaching trusts that much of what you need is already within you — and that, given a calm and attentive space, you can begin to hear it more clearly.
Rather than trying to change or fix you, mindfulness coaching invites you to become more familiar with how you think, feel, and respond. From that awareness, small and natural shifts tend to follow — not because you have forced them, but because you have understood yourself a little better.
Coaching is offered by Mecnun Öztürk, an ICF-Certified Mindfulness Coach. The work is grounded in real, lived experience and a steady commitment to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can think and feel freely.
Trained and certified to internationally recognised coaching standards, with care for ethics, confidentiality, and your wellbeing.
Sessions feel like a real conversation between two people — warm, present, and led by what matters to you.
A commitment to holding space without judgement, so you can explore your thoughts and feelings honestly and at your own pace.
These are not rules to follow perfectly. They are gentle reminders — qualities we return to again and again, in coaching and in everyday life.
Being here, in this moment, rather than lost in what has been or what might come.
Approaching your inner experience with interest and openness, instead of criticism.
Treating yourself with the same warmth and patience you would offer a good friend.
Noticing your thoughts, feelings, and habits with a little more clarity and honesty.
Allowing things to be as they are, before deciding what, if anything, to change.
Creating a small pause, so you can choose your response instead of being carried by impulse.
Coaching is collaborative, not instructional. The sessions unfold as a shared exploration — I walk alongside you rather than telling you where to go.
We begin with open, unhurried questions that help you notice what is present for you, without pressure to have it all figured out.
Together we slow down and reflect, giving your thoughts room to settle and your own insight space to emerge.
We bring a quality of present-moment awareness into the conversation, noticing what arises in the body, breath, and mind as we talk.
With curiosity and care, we explore the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and act — gently, and without judgement.
We look at how this awareness can live in your everyday — small, realistic practices that support balance long after the session ends.
Noticing what is happening, here and now.
Gently returning focus when the mind wanders.
Connecting with life as it is unfolding.
Meeting experience with openness, not resistance.
Sessions are designed to feel easy to step into — quiet, supportive, and shaped around you.
Coaching takes place online, so you can join from wherever you feel most at ease — your own quiet space, in your own time.
A typical session runs for around 45 to 60 minutes — enough time to settle, reflect, and explore without feeling rushed.
Whether you are entirely new to mindfulness or have practised for years, sessions meet you where you are. No experience is needed.
You can expect a calm, supportive environment with no pressure or performance — simply space to be heard and to think clearly.
